Institute for Computational Mathematics

The Institute for Computational Mathematics (IMC) is an institute of the Italian National Research Council (CNR). It was founded in 1993, and it is a point of reference for research in different areas of Computer Science and Computational Mathematics.

Since 1998 IMC is affiliated with DIMATIA, the Centre for Discrete Mathematics, Theoretical Computer Science and Applications in Prague.

We have also started an activity on Java-based distributed computing over the web.
